A Proclamation will be made on the International Petition Campaign to collect one million petitioners¡¯ signature and the interests of the public protesting Japan¡¯s effort to obtain a permanent seat on the U.N. Security Council and urging U.N. to reject Japan's bid, commemorating 86th anniversary of '3-1 Jeol' - the historic 1919 Korean Nation-wide independence movement day.

This petition campaign is a worldwide collective movement led by the International Solidarity Council, consisting of civilian organizations of 8 countries--U.S., S. Korea, N. Korea, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, the Netherlands as well as Japan. A prominent Lawyer who led Holocaust litigation to a success, Barry Fisher, will be a speaker for the progress in impending ¡®comfort women¡¯ case to be heard on March 22 in the U.S. Court of Appeals.
